A Capitol Square icon returns
“When Carr went looking for an office in the area, he went to only one destination: the Hayden Building.” –Joe Carr: The Man Who Built the NFL
The landmark restoration of the Hayden brings new life to two of the most architecturally significant buildings in Columbus. The result is unrivaled modern office space, elevated by original details and spectacular views of Capitol Square. It’s an icon, reinvented for today. Now leasing, Hayden features amenities including a 4,000 square foot rooftop patio, conference center, and valet parking.

Located at the intersection of the two most prominent streets in Columbus, Ohio, Broad & High is a 15-story downtown mixed-use redevelopment featuring 20,000 square feet of street-level retail, Class A office space, a 46 space parking garage, and Ringside Cafe, the longest-operating restaurant in the city.
The Tomko Company acquired the property in 2018 and has ongoing projects to increase the property's energy efficiency and improve the downtown streetscape at Broad & High.
Timeless style, contemporary convenience
“Michael Tomko...built the kind of place that attracts today’s workforce, keeping historical features intact and prominent.” –Columbus Business First, May 2017
Completed in 2017, the redevelopment of 145 E. Rich Street revitalized a building whose architectural character had been obscured by decades of neglect. Through inventive space planning and the restoration of original wood floors, brick walls, and full 14-foot ceiling heights, the building now enjoys style and functionality unprecedented in its -year history. Once foundering at 40% vacancy, 145 E. Rich is 100% occupied today.
